a) Defective or Damaged Products:
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our Customer Support team within 14 days at admin@blackwatergamefarm.com or call us. We may request photo evidence to process your refund in cases of shipping damages.
b) Order Cancellation:
You may cancel an order only before it has shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You can initiate a return if needed (see section 2).
c) Other Refunds:

2. Returns Policy
a) Eligibility:
To qualify for a return, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. Returns must be requested within 14 days of purchase.
b) Return Process:
To return an item:
- Contact Customer Support at admin@blackwatergamefarm.com or call for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Securely package the product, include the original packaging, and display the RMA number on the outside.
- Ship to the address provided by Customer Support.
c) Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, except for defective or damaged products.
d) Refund Processing:
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of refund approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method.
